How to Reset a Framework Users Password

This article will assist you in changing a users Framework password.

Login to Framework ECM and complete the below steps.

*Please note if you do not have access to the Security Module speak with your Framework administrator for further assistance.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the security module
   
   

   Open

   

2. -Select the User folder
   -Select the user and click Edit
   -Change the users password
   -Click OK
