Issues Added to Notifications Screen

Overview
A new filter/group has been added to the Notifications screen in Logistics Tablet.
This will allow supervisors to see any notifications that have failed to send, along with the status message.
A supervisor will be able to resend the notification, with the original dates/attachments, via this screen (if/as required).
Functionality Delivered
Viewing Issue Notifications
From the Notifications screen, a filter and group has been added.
You can select this from the action bar to only show the information you want to see.
A new column has also been added which will display the status/message of the notification.
This will also show the note that has been recorded for successful notifications (where a supplier has added this on the portal).
Resending a Notification
From the Issues group, tap on the called date (not Called For) for the notification you wish to resend.
The standard notification dialog will then appear.
Note that the first option will allow you to resend the notification again, as it was sent initially.
