Delays Management

Delays Management

Delays are recorded as the job moves through the construction stage. Framework ECM will automatically monitor the allowances and inform of delays to be claimed once the allowance has been reached. All delays for a job are entered on the Delays screen before they can be selected for a delay claim.

The Delays screen contains a list of standard delay types, such as rain, late labour, etc. Delays can also be entered on a supervisor's tablet using Framework Logistics Tablet.
