  1. Open TFS Administration Tool

  2. Navigate to Security>Preference





  3. Navigate to TFS Main Program>Settings>Comunication>Email and select SMTP sender email address under Preferences.



  4. On the right hand side of the screen under Preference Level, set the level to User and select your user account (or the relevant one).





  5. Click Edit at the bottom of the screen and then double click Default under Preference Settings, enter the correct email address and press OK.
