Amending Broker Security

For a user to be able to see particular brokers clients they need to have the broker listed in their Broker Security. This is done in TFS Administration.+

1. Select Security / Broker Security.
2. Select the User that you wish to update.
3. Click on New. The User Broker Security dialog will be displayed
4. Click the popup button next to Broker

1. Click on the Broker you want to add.
2. Click on the OK button.

The broker will then be selected.

1. Toggle their access permissions as required with the spacebar.
   
   Access - Means the user will be able to access the brokers clients and deals and make changes
   Search - Means that the user will have the brokers clients returned in search lists
2. Click OK.

The Broker will then be displayed in the Broker Data section.
