- Open TFS Administration Tool
- Navigate to Security>Preference
- Navigate to TFS Main Program>Settings>Comunication>Email and select SMTP sender email address under Preferences.
- On the right hand side of the screen under Preference Level, set the level to User and select your user account (or the relevant one).
- Click Edit at the bottom of the screen and then double click Default under Preference Settings, enter the correct email address and press OK.
