The Client Marketing screen contains the marketing preferences for the selected client. The screen also lists any SmartCampaigns that the client has been involved in and any broker groups to which the contact belongs.


 Opening the Client Marketing Screen - Click here to expand...
  • From the Client menu, select Marketing
  • From the Sidebar, select  Client then Marketing.


 Ownership Group - Click here to expand...

By default, the Client Broker will be assigned as the Owner of the Client.

 General Group - Click here to expand...

Select the Preferred Cont. Method by clicking on the popup button.

  • Select the required Preferred Contact Method and then click OK.

This information can be used in Report and Smart Campaign criteria.


Select the Client Rank by clicking on the popup button.

This information can be used in Report and Smart Campaign criteria.

  • You can create your own Ranks by clicking on the icon.
  • You can edit a Ranks name by clicking on the icon,
 Contact Dates - Click here to expand...

You can see the date the Client was Last Contacted and the Date when you should Next Contact the Client.

This information can be maintained from the Tools \ Clients screen.

 Security Group - Click here to expand...

If required you can enter a password that you can ask the client for if the make telephone enquiries.

 Product Requirements Profile - Click here to expand...

Select the types of products that the client may be interested in. You can toggle between Yes and No with the spacebar.

This information can be used in Report and Smart Campaign criteria.

 Marketing Particiaption - Click here to expand...

Select whether they should be included in different types of marketing campaigns. Toggle between  Yes and No by using the spacebar.

These are used as Report and Smart Campaign criteria.
