Smart Campaign - Searching

The Select Reference tool is used to quickly find a marketing record for an entity using a known reference number.

1. Enter a known marketing reference number into the Marketing Reference field.
2. Click the Select button. The Market Results dialog will be displayed. If unsure of the Marketing Reference number:
   1. Click the Search button. The Search Marketing Reference dialog will be displayed.
      
      
      
      
   2. Enter or select criteria to find the required marketing reference.
   3. Click the Search/Refresh button. Only entities with marketing references will be displayed in the Search Results list.
   4. Select the required marketing reference from the list.
   5. Click the Select button. The Search Marketing Reference dialog will close.
3. Click the Select button. The Select Reference dialog will close and the Market Results dialog will open to the selected marketing reference.
