Creating a HSEQ Observation Induction

When doing HSEQ (Health and Safety Environment Quality, you can define sets of questions that you want to ask of the staff who are present on site. This process uses Inductions to define the questions. The major difference between a standard induction and an induction used for a HSEQ observation is that you do not have a single correct answer as it is what the person performing it observes.
