My Team

Overview
The My Team option lets you see what items your staff have lodged against them. It is available when;
You are logged in as an Administrator and are viewing the company perspective.
You are logged in as a registered Supplier/Subcontractor and viewing the business perspective;
Employer view
All of your employees will be visible when you click the My Team button.
1 - Missing Compliance. When you click on the Missing Compliance option, you will be shown the compliance items, that they need, to supply, to work onsite.
2- Incomplete Inductions shows how many inductions the staff member has to complete.
3 - Unread Notifications shows how many notifications the staff member has to read.
4 - Incomplete Tasks shows how many tasks the staff member has to complete.
5 - Unread News shows how many news articles the staff member has to read.
6 - Send Reminder. When you click on the bell icon a message is displayed.
If you click on Send an email will be sent to the contact.
When the user logs in the Notifications tile will have a CTA (Call to Action) to show the user there is information requiring their attention.
7 - Update Contact. When the user clicks on the pencil icon a message is displayed.
Disconnect is used if the person is still working for you but is not working for the builder whose Onsite Safety site you are logged into. Delete is used if the person no longer works for you at all.
