Forecast Claims Period

This screen was previously located in Framework ECM Administration Module.  It was moved to Framework Administration in v7.0.9812.

The Forecast Claims Period screen manages periods of time for the purposes of applying a revenue forecast. Once a period is created, the Update Job button can be used to apply the period to all jobs in construction so that the forecasts can be completed on the Forecast Progress Claims screen.

Procedure

Creating A Forecast Claim Period

  1. Click New. The Forecast Claims Period dialog will be displayed.
  2. Click the popup to select the Day Start, then Day End.
  3. Enter the other details, including Name.
  4. Click OK. The dialog will close and a new forecast claim period will be created.

Updating Period Of Time For All Jobs In Construction

Periods of time will be created for all jobs in construction that have a Site Start Actual date.
  1. From the Forecast Claims Periods list, select a forecast period.
  2. Click Update Jobs. A confirmation prompt indicating the number of jobs that will be updated will be displayed.
  3. Click OK to proceed.
