The Commissions group allows for the management of sales commissions, both in creating templates that will be used to capture the information and allowing for the viewing of the resulting commissions in a program separate from Framework ECM.

Commission Register

The Commission Register screen is used to create sales commissions for a selected salesperson.

Procedures

Creating A Sales Commission

Click New. The Commission dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details.
Click OK. The dialog will close and a new sales commission will be created.

Commission Dialog

This dialog is used to enter details of commissions for a salesperson, either for or independent of a job. It can record the values of the commissions, link to a Framework ECM job, and track payments.

Job Group

Field	Description
Job Number	Number of the job.
Client Name	Name of the client. This field is locked and cannot be edited.
Land Address	Land address associated with the selected job. This field is locked and cannot be edited.
Commission Template	Commission template assigned to the selected job. This field is locked and cannot be edited.
Commission Rate	Commission rate assigned to the selected job. This field is locked and cannot be edited.
Commission Amount	Commission amount assigned to the selected job. This field is locked and cannot be edited.

General Group

Field	Description
Salesperson	Salesperson selected to have the commission record assigned.
Location	Point of sale location for the selected salesperson.
Raised	Automatically generated date the commission record was created. This field is locked and cannot be edited.

Commission Group

Field	Description
Rate	Percentage rate of the commission.
Gross	Gross value of the commission calculation. Ex. GST GST Total Note: The Total field cannot be edited.
Charge Back	Charge back value of the commission calculation. Ex. GST GST Total Note: The Total field cannot be edited.
Net	Net value of the commission calculation. Ex. GST GST Total Note: The Total field cannot be edited.

Payment Group

Commission Template

The Commission Template screen is used to create sales commission templates.

Templates can be assigned to a job in Framework ECM using the Building Contract Commissions screen in Framework ECM and determine how to calculate the commission eligible on a production job based on the total of the building contract and approved post contract variations.

Procedures

Creating A Sales Commission Template

Select the Sales Commission Template list. A shadow will appear around the list to indicate it is selected.
Click New. The Commission Template dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details.
Click OK. The dialog will close and a new sales commission template will be created.

Select the Template Stages list. A shadow will appear around the list to indicate it is selected.
Click New. The Commission Template Stage dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details.
Click OK. The dialog will close and a new sales commission template stage will be created.
