Template Claim Programme*

The Template Claim Programme screen manages construction claim templates for claims applied on the Construction Claims screen. The templates set out the stages at which a progress claim can be made and the percentage of the contract amount that can be invoiced at each stage.

Procedures

Navigate to the Administration Module within Framework ECM, and go to Production (from side bar), then Claim Pgm.

Creating A Construction Template Claim Programme

1. Select the Template Claim Programmes list. A shadow will appear around the list to indicate it is selected.
2. Click New. The Construction Template Claim Programme dialog will be displayed.
3. Enter the details.
4. Click OK. The dialog will close a new claim programme template will be created.

Creating A Claim For A Template Claim Programme

1. From the Template Claims Programmes list, select a template claims programme. The Claims list will be updated.
2. Select the Claims list. A shadow will appear around the list to indicate it is selected.
3. Click New. The General tab of the Construction Template Claim dialog will be displayed.
4. Enter the details.
5. Select the Notes tab.
6. Enter any notes, if required.
7. Click OK. The dialog will close a new claim for the template claim programme will be created.
