Cannot Find ARM1 Error
Integration: Sage Timberline Client and Jobs
The Cannot Find ARM1 Error is an error received from Sage Timberline Accounts Integration. Resolving the error requires modifying details in Timberline Accounts as it indicates that the job matches the job number or s_link_accts field in Framework but there is no Accounts Receivable Customer setup in the Timberline Accounts.
To resolve this error, open Sage Timberline Accounts to the Accounts Receivable screen:
- From the taskbar, select Setup/Customer.
- In the Customer field, enter a Customer Code specific to your company.
- Enter the client details in the Name field and save the customer.
- Open the Job Cost Module screen and select Setup/Jobs.
- Select the Job Number that is receiving the error.
- On the Billing Info tab, enter the Customer Code that was created in the AR Customer field. This is now linked to a valid AR Customer andFramework Integration is able to update the client details in the AR module from Framework.
