Adding Static Data to Framework

Static Data is where field content is stored / updated / managed. Static Data fields typically display pop up dialog boxes with pre-defined options available for users to select from. They are commonly used throughout Framework. eg: Municipality.

1. In the Framework Administration Program select RMS on the sidebar.
   Note: This is not done from within Framework Enterprise Construction Management (ECM) Program, it is done within the Framework Administration application.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the Static Data option.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Static List you would like to update, e.g. Maintenance Item Category.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the edit or New Button 
   
   
   
   
5. Select the Region Division you want to add the Static Data to and enter a Name and Reference Name.
   
   
   
   
6. You will need to Close Framework and Restart for the added List to update (Static Data Lists are populated when the Framework Splash screen loads)
   
   Note: There are some lists that are not enabled to be edited by default and you will get this message.
