Adjusting Supervisor Activities to a New Supervisor

This article explores how to ensure a supervisor is reallocated for incomplete supervisor activities in a call forward programme. The updates to supervisor allocated activities will only apply to incomplete activities, activities already completed will not be updated, and the previous supervisors name will remain.

Instructions

The supervisor must be reallocated to the new supervisor before this process can continue.

If you are using Logistics Tablet, you should follow our allocation guide before updating the supervisor.

1. Open Framework ECM.

2. Navigate to the Construction/Logistics screen.
   
   

   Open

   

3. On the Logistics screen, press the ‘Link Orders’ button.
   
   

   Open

   

4. Press ‘Yes’ on the dialog. The screen will refresh.
   
   

The updated supervisor information will now be shown in the Logistics Activity list.
