Variation Price Book Areas

Variation Price Book (VPB) Areas are set in the Variation Price Book Module.

To add a new VPB Area:

1. Click on the Areas Folder

2. Select the next available unused area eg: Area 6.

3. Click Edit.

4. Update the name of the VPB Area

5. Update the reference field

6. Click OK

7. Click OK.

Once a new Variation Price Book (VPB) Area has been created it can be applied to a Variation Price Book Version.

To add a Variation Price Book Area to a VPB Version:

1. Select the applicable Variation Price Book 

2. Click Edit

3. Click on the Area Pricing Tab

4. Click New Item

5. Click on the browse button

6. Select the new area to be added to the Variation Price Book

7. Click OK.
