The Browse VPB screen is used to browse and view the items included in a selected version of the Variation Price Book (VPB).
The VPB includes all standard items and notes that may be included in tenders and variation orders in Framework ECM. These standard items are selected through the Item dialog. Once selected, all other information, including a description for the item, is automatically updated.
The VPB version information used for a selected job is included on the Job Overview screen.
Browsing A VPB Item
From the VPB Version drop-down list, select the required VPB version.
From the VPB Area drop-down list, select the required VPB area.
From the VPB Sections list, select the required VPB. The Items list will be updated.
From the Items list, select the required item.
Click View to view information for an individual item.
After viewing the information, click Close to close the dialog.
Searching For A VPB Item
In the Search field, enter all or part of the VPB item.
Click Search. The Search Results list will be updated.
From the Search Results list, double-click a VPB item. The Browse tab will be displayed at the location of the VPB item.
