The getting started guide is intended as a reference for those new to Framework ECM.

Opening Framework ECM

• Click Start > All Programs > Framework ECM. Framework ECM will open.

Double-click the Framework ECM desktop icon.

To access Framework ECM, a user must enter their predetermined login details (this includes a user name and password). Logging on is required at start-up or to return to the application after logging off.

Logging On

• From the File menu, select Log On/Off.
  OR

• Press F12

1. Enter a user name.

2. Enter a password.

3. Select Region Division (if applicable)

4. Click Log On. Framework ECM will open.

Logging Off

The log off command is usually used when the computer is left for a short period of time, such as lunch time or to attend a meeting. When Framework ECM has been logged off, all current components are still running, but cannot be accessed until a user has logged on again.

• From the File menu, select Log On/Off.
  OR 

• Press F12

Closing Framework ECM

The exit command is used to close Framework ECM. As all information is saved during system operation there is no confirmation to save information.

• From the File menu, select Exit.

• Press ALT + F4
