Colour Selection History
Return to Document
A new colour selection document is created through the Colour Selection list. When there is an existing colour selection document in the list, users can either base their new document on the previous one or create an entirely new document from a template.
The Colour Selection template includes all the available choices for selection.
Colour selection status is used to determine whether the document should be edited (draft) or not (final).
If creating a new document based on a previous one, the details contained in that document, including previous selections, will be automatically copied. The new colour selection document will be added to the top of the list, and the previous document will be given the status of superseded.
The most recent colour selection document is considered the current one. A superseded document cannot be modified or deleted.
