Follow Up Overview
The Follow Up Overview screen is used to manage all comments that require further action to be taken. A follow up is a message for an individual that reminds them that some action needs to be taken for a job on a specific day. All follow up items for a job are viewable in the Follow Up list with the most recent at the top. Over the course of the job, a history of a job's follow up comments is retained for management records.
A follow-up for a job can be entered at any time.
A follow-up that is associated with a comment is entered through the Production Comment dialog.
New Follow Up
Creating A Follow Up Item
Click New. The Follow Up dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details.
Click OK. The dialog will close and a follow up item will be created.
A new follow up can be added at any time by pressing Ctrl + F9.
A follow up item that is associated with a comment is entered through the Production Comment dialog. The Mark this for Follow Up? flag is set to Yes to automatically create an alert for a new comment.
