Linked Files

Return to Client Relationship Management

Article Index

The Linked Files screen allows users to save documents to folders outside of Framework ECM. By saving documents that relate to a particular job under these folders then linking them, users of Framework ECM and Framework Logistics Tablet can view these documents from within the software.

Once the functionality is activated, all new jobs that are created will automatically have job linked files folders created, as per the template folder structure in the job files folder of Framework ECM.

For Best Practice information, see Implementing And Managing Job Linked Files or see Linked Files DMS Management for Preference details for DMS in Framework ECM 2020.
