Client Comments

The Client Comments screen is used to manage all comments and correspondence for a client. A history of communications between the client and the enterprise is retained.

A comment may be entered for a client independently of the Client Comments screen by pressing the CTRL+F7 keys. A comment may be entered at any time whilst the client's information is selected. All comments are recorded with the date and time.

Comments created in Framework Sales Advice Management are imported to Framework ECM at the point of creating a Job from the Sales Advice client.


Client Alerts

The Client Alerts screen is used to manage reminders for staff who are involved with a client. A history of alerts specific to the client is retained. Active alerts are displayed each time a client is selected.

Though the alert functionality is similar to that in Framework ECM, alerts created in Framework Sales Advice Management remain as such and are not imported or synchronised to Framework ECM.

Client Follow Up

The Client Follow Up screen is used to manage client items that require further action. A history of follow up items specific to the client is retained.

Follow up items act as reminders and have a date and time allocated against them for when they are due. Once an item has been completed, it can be edited with completion information, either on this screen or using the Follow Up Due Dialog.

All follow up items created for a client can be viewed in the Follow Up list with the most recent item at the top.

Follow Up Due

The Follow Up Due dialog is automatically displayed if a follow up item is due. It can also be prompted from the sidebar option.


Personal Follow Up

The Personal Follow Up screen lists all incomplete follow up items for which the current user is responsible. The items on this list are not restricted to the currently selected client, instead listing all follow up items for all jobs the user has responsibility for. Personal follow up items will remain on the Personal Follow Up list until completed.

Unlike other lists, the oldest item is placed on the top of the list to encourage quick completion of personal follow up items.

After the completion date and time has been entered for a personal follow up, it is automatically removed from this list.

As the Personal Follow Up screen operates independently of the currently selected client, any listed client may be selected through the Personal Follow Up screen should further investigation of a client's information be required.

Though the personal follow up functionality is similar to that in Framework ECM, follow up items created in Framework Sales Advice Management are not imported or synchronised to Framework ECM.
