Important Concepts

Select All Company Data Button (): located in the dialog toolbar, clicking this button allows users to search for clients across multiple databases (for example, if an organisation is split into two companies or two divisions). This only applies to users who have permission to view other databases.

If users access a client from another database, this means you have been logged out of the current database and logged into the second database. The status bar at the bottom of the TFS screen displays which database (context) the user is logged in to.
