TFS Admin Guide - Table of Contents

     

        

The MME View Membership screen is designed to view the Mail Merge Export (MME) Documents that are contained in a specific view. Using this screen, administrators can add a document to a particular view.

  • From the Administration menu, select Mail Merge then MME View Membership.
  • From the sidebar, select Mail Merge then MME Views.

  1. Click the New button. The MME View Membership dialog will be displayed.



  2. Select the view.
  3. Select the document.
  4. Click the OK button. The MME View Membership dialog will close.

The following is a list of views in TFS. Some of these views cannot be used for mail merge.

When users click the printer icon from this screen they will see the mail merge documents.

Application Goods

Application > Goods

When users click the printer icon they will see the MME documents.

Application Overview

Application > Overview

When users click the printer icon from this screen they will see the mail merge documents.

Asset & Liability Statement

Contact > A&L

When users click the printer icon from this screen they will see the mail merge documents.

Batch Printing

Tools > Batch Revenue Splits

Not available for use with mail merge.

Client Overview

Client > Overview

When users click the printer icon from this screen they will see the mail merge documents.

Comments

CRM > Comments

When users click the printer icon from this screen they will see the mail merge documents.

Communicate Client

Client > Overview

When users click the next to the client Name field, this will pop up the Communicate dialog.

Communicate Contact

Contact > Overview

When users click the next to the contact Name field, this will pop up the communicate dialog.

Communicate Entity

n/a

Wherever an entity is, when users click the next to the entity Name, this will pop up the communicate dialog.

Entity Specific

n/a

This is an odd one, it is kind of like a list of mail merge documents that are only specific to an entity and do not have client or application details in it. Mail merge documents assigned to entity_specific are available from the Communicate entity dialog.

Follow Up

CRM > Follow Up

When users click the printer icon from this screen they will see the mail merge documents.

Invoices

Application > Invoices

When users click the printer icon from this screen they will see the mail merge documents.

Mail Merge

CRM > Mail Merge

This is the DEFAULT, it means it will be shown in the Select MME Dialog.

Quote

Tools > Quote

When users click the printer icon from this screen they will see the mail merge documents.

Repayment Schedule

Application > Repayment Schedule

When users click the printer icon from this screen they will see the mail merge documents.

Smart Campaign

n/a

These are mail merge documents that you wish to use in the SmartCampaign program.

Work In Progress

Tools > WIP

When users click the printer icon from this screen they will see the mail merge documents.
