DMS - Document Browse

The Document Browse screen is used to look at all of the documents that have been attached to a specific object. In the example below, you can see the user has started typing the name of an Object.

As they type Objects that match are displayed. When they hit the Find button the relevant Object and structure will be displayed;

In the example above, you can see the Document Structure Framework Job Files. The full structure in the above example is;

But when you browse the object, the system will only display the folders of the structure that have had documents uploaded to them.

The number to the right indicates how many documents have been uploaded. When you click on the folder, you will see the documents on the right-hand side.
