TFS SmartCampaign Preferences

To administer preferences in the TFS Administration Tool:

1. Open the TFS Administration Tool (Start > Programs > Insula Software > TFS Administration Tool).
2. Login to the TFS Administration Tool.

3. From the Administration menu, select Security then Preference.

   Preference #	Location	Name	Options
   -180	TFS SmartCampaign > Settings	Marketing Selections - If deselected force entry of notes?	Yes (default): User will not be forced to enter Selection Notes if Selected? is Yes. No: User will be forced to enter Selection Notes if Selected? field is Yes.
   -181	TFS SmartCampaign > Settings	Export - Excel File Extension	Microsoft Office 97-2003 (.xls): Exports file with a .xls format. Microsoft Office 2007 (.xlsx): Exports file with a .xlsx format.
