Updated Bank Of Queensland documents are available for TFS v12.

This document outlines the procedures for updating your system.


IMPORTANT  : Update to the latest version of TFS (12.0.9113 or greater) before proceeding as the updated documents will ONLY work this TFS version onwards.
If you use them with older versions of TFS then the documents will not populate.



The original documents are located in your main TheFinanceShop directory under SmartDocs.


Rename this directory.


To download the new documents go the the FTP site by clicking on the following URL;

ftp://ftp.insulagroup.com.au/TheFinanceShop/SmartDocs/


  1. Download the file TFSv12_BOQDocs_Jan2017.zip
  2. Open/extract the file.  You will see a BOQ folder.
  3. Copy this folder to your TheFinanceShop\SmartDocs folder.

When this has completed there will be a BOQ folder with three sub folders underneath it.


TFS 12.0.9113 or greater will now reference these new files. Produce a test set of BOQ documents to confirm the set-up has been successful.
