The second patch release for TFS 12 was released on 28/11. It resolved the following issues:

Helpstar 118476

When creating a new client and adding a new accountant in the service provider section it was showing the trust entity dialogue instead of the standard new entity dialogue.

This issue has been resolved.

If, when doing a Smartlodge or generating a Smartdoc document, there is space at the end of the URL the system will give an error.
