Smartlodge error parsing entityname

Problem
When submitting a deal to Driveonline, Smartlodge returns an error "An error occurred when parsing EntityName, Line 1, Position 935
Solution
A parsing error can occur for characters that are not allowed in XML
< > " ' and &
If these are used in the entity names or descriptions then they can cause the submission to fail. If it is not immediately apparent what has caused the error then you must give the application details to developement and get them to log into the Smartlodge server and see what was causing the error.
The Line 1, Position 935 error was resolved in the latest version of TFS. You should check the client version of TFS and if it is below 11.0.8936 then the first thing that you should do is upgrade the client software.
