Smartlodge - Maclease - The operation has timed out


The error was found to occur due to incorrect Maclease login credential defined against the user. The credentials are updated in TFS Administration



  1. Select Security \ User.
  2. Select the User Group that the user belongs to.
  3. Select the User that you want to update.
  4. Click on Edit.
  5. Click on the External Systems tab.
  6. Select the Maclease credentials and click Edit.
  7. Update the credentials.
  8. Click OK.
