Performing a standard inspection on the web appliance

In addition to performing an inspection via the mobile app, you can also work on them directly in the web portal. This is useful if the customer sends you information directly via email. The Inspections accordion in the Project page shows you all of the inspections that have been associated with the project. (See Adding an inspection to a project)

Open

When you click on the hyperlink of the inspection, you will be taken to the inspections page where you can add items to it. You do this in the Items accordion of the inspection.

When you click on Add Item, you will then be able to add the information on the item.

When you hit Save, the item will be shown in the Items accordion on the inspection page.

If you need to send a report of the inspection, you can do this by selecting the Generate Report option at the top of the inspection,

When you have finished adding items, you can Submit the inspection. You do not need to do this if the inspection is going to be worked on by an inspector on the mobile app.
