Captured |  | The item has been entered against the inspection either by the web portal or via the mobile application. |
Pending Review | 
| When the inspection has been submitted the status changes to Pending Review. This is where the organisation will decide whether this is a valid issue that needs to be addressed.

If an item on the inspection is Approved | ||
Approved | When an item is approved, it is acknowledging that the item needs to be resolved and it will have more workflow steps. | |
Start Work |
| To change the workflow of an item once it has been approved, you need to click on the hyperlink for the item to change the workflow. |
Finish |
| When the work has been completed, select Finish |
Sign Off |
| The final workflow stage is to sign it off. |
Complete |
| The Workflow accordion shows you the dates and times the different stages were started. |
