Onsite Inspect - Activities - Inspections

When you select the Inspections option, you will see a screen similar to the one above. The Search For option gives you a powerful search facility that will pattern match any of the display columns so you can type in any part of the Inspection Name, Project Name or Customer.

In this screen, you can search for any inspections that have been added to the system. There are 3 ways that inspections can be added to the system;

  1. Via integration from Framework.

  2. From the Onsite Inspect Projects screen in the Inspections accordion.

  3. From the mobile application by an inspector.

 

Below is a list of the standard inspection types that you can choose from. There is no real difference in the types of inspections in terms of behaviour;

  • Completion Inspection.

  • Construction Inspection.

  • Display Home Maintenance.

  • General Inspection.

  • Maintenance Defect Liability Period.

  • Maintenance Emergency.

  • Maintenance Service Period.

  • Notice to Rectify.

  • Pre-Construction Inspection.

  • Pre-Sales Inspection.

  • Quality Inspection.

  • Tyrells Building Inspection.

  • WHS/Safety Inspection.
