Overview
A change has been made to standardise the Framework ECM “reschedule” process to bring it into alignment with Logistics Tablet functionality.
Functionality Delivered
When performing a reschedule action inside Framework ECM for a Logistics Item, a call off email will no longer be sent alongside a call up email for the new scheduled dates. This will be combined into one email which is considered as a reschedule only.
Note that this will not affect where an item is called off, and then called up again. These separate actions will still issue an email each.
There is no change to the process of rescheduling tasks.
