Drafting workflow tests have further criteria
Article index
Overview
Changes have been introduced to offer different control and behaviour of the Drafting Workflow Analysis Tests.
Functionality Delivered
A new Staff Role has been added called Draftsperson – Allocated. Only results that match the staff member allocated to the drawing record will be returned. Previously, the only option available was "Draftsperson (All Key Roles)".
Note: if the drawing staff member works across multiple rDivs make sure the Workflow Analysis is configured the same in each rDiv e.g. Staff Role set to Draftsperson - Allocated or Draftsperson - All Key Drafting Roles; do not use a combination of both Drafting Roles across rDivs
