Overview

A new feature has been added to the Work Orders (Approval Request) dialog to allow confirmation of “Goods Received”.

Functionality Delivered

A set of fields have been added to the work order approval request dialog.
These are not editable, and only populated by use of the Goods Received button.

Open

The following are required to use this function:

• The work order must be in edit mode

• The work order must be final and approved

• The work order must have a logged purchase order number
  
  

Once the Goods Received button is pressed, a dialog will be presented, and the below data operations will occur.

• Goods Received - set to Yes

• Date/Time - set to current date/time

• Received By - set to the name of the user who initiated the goods received process
