Overview
When using Framework ECM, you can setup automated Emails to be sent to your Accounts Receivable Team.
Functionality Delivered
On the Tablet or in Framework ECM, an email will be sent to the Email address set in the Preference when completing a Logistics Claim Activity.
Configuration
Create an email template that will be emailed when completing Logistics Claim Activities. This is completed in Framework Administration (The application, not the admin

Setup the New Preferences in the Framework Security Module. From the Preference Group, expand Framework ECM -> Claims Management.
-50440 “Logistics Claims - Email Accts. when Called?” - Yes/No
-50441 “Logistics Claims - Email Accts. when Completed?” - Yes/No
-50442 “Logistics Claims - Accts. Email Address” - Enter the Email address to which the Logistics Email Template will be sent.
