"Document Reprice" Option (change of VPB Version)

Overview

A new feature has been added to provide a "Reprice" action for a document created with a different VPB Version, and for the document items' pricing to be updated to the equivalent item in the selected VPB.

Functionality Delivered

• you select from a list of newer VPB versions

• history links between the items/versions

• a new dialog that will list all groups/items to show the impact before making the change

• Legend showing what will change (standard items, with history, etc.)

• Colour code price changes (e.g. red if less, green…)

• document status/rules apply (ie. final, etc.)

• record a CRM comment that it was done, and any question/decisions made by the user

Reprice Legend:

• For Tenders, you might want to check and or update the Job Overview\House Pricing\VPB version

Quick Guide:

1. Navigate to the Document Area you want to update. e.g. Tender (you might want to check the current job VPB Version on the Job Overview Screen), PCV, BV.

2. Select (highlight ) the document

3. Click on the Reprice Button

   Open

   

4. Select the VPB Version dropdown

5. Select the VPB Version for the reprice

6. Review the changes (See Legend for description of the Colour coding)

7. Click OK to Accept the changes
