Overview

  • When using Framework ECM, you can setup automated Emails to be sent to your Accounts Receivable Team.

Functionality Delivered

On the Tablet or in Framework ECM, an email will be sent to the Email address set in the Preference when completing a Logistics Claim Activity.

Configuration

-50440 “Logistics Claims - Email Accts. when Called?” - Yes/No

-50441 “Logistics Claims - Email Accts. when Completed?” - Yes/No

-50442 “Logistics Claims - Accts. Email Address” - Enter the Email address to which the Logistics Email Template will be sent.

-50443 “Logistics Claims - Accts. Email Template“ - Select the Logistics Email Template you created above
