Logistics Activity
The Logistics Activity screen is used to view and manage a library of logistics activities that are used to create Logistics Programmes. From this screen, activities can be created, edited or made redundant. The Logistics Activities list also displays information about the activity such as the item type and cost centre code.
Procedures
Adding A Logistics Activity
Click New. The Logistics Activity dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details.
Click OK. The dialog will close and a new activity will be added to the Logistics Activities list.
Logistics Activity Dialog
This dialog is used to capture information relating to the construction activity that can be assigned to a logistics programme.
General Group
Field | Description |

Name | Name of the logistics activity. |
Reference | Reference name of the logistics activity. |
Item Type | Type of logistics item. Click the Item Type popup button to select. |
Entity Role | Entity role. Click the Entity Role popup button to select. |
Cost Centre Code | Cost centre code used by third party software to reference the logistics activity. |
Order Load | Classification of the cost centre code used by the third party software that references the logistics activity. |
Customer Portal Wfl Stage | For Customer Portal use only: Add the Customer Portal logistics activity mapping. |
Labour Activity? | Is the logistics activity a labour activity? Toggle: Yes/No |
Allocate supplier? | Can the user allocate a supplier to the activity? Toggle: Yes/No |
Reallocate supplier? | Can the user reallocate the supplier to the activity? Toggle: Yes/No |
Labour Order | This field/function is currently disabled. |
Order | This field/function is currently disabled. |
Inactive? | Is the logistics activity inactive? Toggle: Yes/No |
Notes | Free text area for notes regarding the logistics activity. |
