The Replication screens refer to the process of taking existing Framework entities, such as suppliers and trades, and making them available to external integrated ordering systems.

Replication - Entity Role

The Replication - Entity Role screen is used to select which entity roles will be replicated into the third party software used in Framework Integration. An entity role will need to be assigned to correspond with an entity role in the third party system before it can be replicated.

Assigning An Entity Role For Replication

The replication process requires that a role be selected from the available entities listed on the Entity Roles (Not Replicated) list and moved to the Entity Roles (Replicated) list.

1. From the Entity Roles (Not Replicated) list, select an entity role.

2. Click >>. The entity role will move from the Entity Roles (Not Replicated) list to the Entity Roles (Replicated) list.
