Onsite Eye - Adding the Resource Allocator Role

For an Onsite Eye user to be able to allocate a QR code to a site they must have the Resource Allocator role assigned to them.  This information sheet steps you through the process of adding the role to your app users.

1. Log into the platform and set the Perspective to be Platform Member viewing Perspective Platform

2.  Now select the option Administration \ Contact Roles



 

3. Select Onsite Eye - Resource Allocator . 

4. Click on Add Contacts and enter the email address of the contact that you want to add the role to





5. Check the box and click on Add Selected

6. This role is automatically accepted.
