Get Licensee Email to link to Dropbox Sign

The licensee will need to supply an email address that they want the eSign emails to appear to have come from e.g. esign@habermas.com.

Adding Integration Instance and Integration Datasource

Log into Platform as Platform - System Administrator.

In Contacts find the licensee.

Add an Integration Instance;

and an Integration Datasource.

The Datasource Instance ID will auto-populate

The EROS team will then have to do some backend setup to link the licensee to the Dropboxsign service account, enable eSign for the licensee and also set licensees eSign requestor email id.
