Customer cannot see inspections
If your customer is reporting that they are not seeing an inspection on the mobile app there are a couple of things that you can check.
Does the customer have access to the inspection?
When an inspection is created you can choose the level of access that the customer has.
On the project screen, there is an accordion with the inspections;
If you open an inspection by clicking on the link you will see the level of access the customer has to it.If a customer or a contact of the customer was not attached to a project at the time the inspection was added regardless of the Customer Access level they will not see the inspection as no link was made between them and the inspection. To fix this all that you need to do is Edit the inspection;
Make a change to a different Customer Access setting and Save
Then edit and change back to the required setting;
This will link the customer to the inspection and they should then see the project on their device.
