Working with structured inspections
They can be broken down into groups of items.
You can specify what type of response is valid in the template.
You can create your own responses.
You can specify that notes are mandatory. This means that the item will not be deemed as reviewed until notes have been made against it. This can apply to the item itself or against a specific response that is made.
You can specify that photos are mandatory. This means that the item will not be deemed as reviewed until photos have been taken against it. This can apply to the item itself or against a specific response that is made.

| The screen to the left shows a sample structured inspection.

| When you select the item, you will see the information as it has been entered in the inspection template.

| When you have supplied all the required information select Next. |

| On the last item in the inspection instead of Next, there is a Done button.

5 | When you press Done, you will be taken to the inspections page where you will see all of the items that you have just worked on.

| When you are satisfied with the inspection press the Actions icon and select Submit Inspection. |

| Dependent on the setting for the inspection, you may have an additional Action to Sign Off Inspection. If this is set, the inspection will be set to Complete as soon as you submit it. |
