The Estate screen manages all housing estates of the organisation.

Estate Stage

The Estate Stage screen is used to manage all stages for a selected estate.

Managing Subdivision and Title Release

Entering the Forecast and/or Complete dates an Estate or Estate Stage will update the details for any Land or Job record to which the Estate and Stage have been allocated.

This operates in several scenarios:

1. An Estate is allocated to a job, and a Stage is not

   1. updating the Estate with new Title Release / Sub Division dates updates the Job
      
      
      

2. An Estate and Stage is allocated to a job,

   1. updating the Estate with new Title Release / Sub Division dates does not update the Job

   2. updating the Estate Stage with new Title Release / Sub Division dates updates the Job
      
      
      

3. An Estate and Stage is allocated to a job and there is already land content for Title Release or Sub Division,

   1. updating the Estate Stage with new Title Release / Sub Division dates updates the Job
      
      

   2. deleting the Estate Stage Title Release / Sub Division dates does not update the Job.
      
      

Suburb

The Suburb screen is used to manage the list of Australian suburbs.

Suburbs are grouped by state and contain the relevant postcode, making assigning suburb information easier and maintaining accuracy.
