Reporting is used to extract specific information from Framework ECM and to present it in a number of formats.
The standard reports supplied with Framework vary in format and the way that information is presented. For example; Activity reports display the results as counts of jobs in each pre-determined bin, with a formula for the date range required as criteria; whereas a Work Flow report lists details of each job matching the base and field criteria entered.
In order to make reporting simpler and quicker, profiles can be created from these standard reports. A report saved as a profile can contain user-defined base criteria, field criteria, grouping, sorting, descriptions, and titles.
