The Clients screen lists all the clients and their contacts in the system without using the Search function.

The Contacts list displays all the contacts for a selected client.


 Opening the Clients Screen - Click here to expand...
  • From the Tools menu, select Clients.
  • From the sidebar, select Tools then Clients.
  • Press Ctrl + Y.



 Select/Search Group - Click here to expand...

Use the View field to narrow the search by:

  • Broker Access Permissions: displays all clients that the user has Broker Access permissions for.
  • Broker Search Permissions: displays all clients that the user has Broker Search permissions for.
  • [Not Applicable]: displays all clients that have not applicable as the broker.
  • [Unknown]: displays all clients that have an unknown broker.
  • Broker Specific Names: displays a dynamic list of brokers' names that the user has access and search permissions for.

Use the Search field to search for a name when the Clients list is large. TFS will highlight the most relevant match either as you type or when the field is exited

Filter the clients to be displayed:

Client / Prospects: Filter to either just Clients, just Prospects or Both.

Rank: Filter the Clients based on the Rank specified on the Marketing Screen.

Owner: Filter the Clients based on the Owner specified on the Marketing Screen.

Contact Owner: Filter the Clients based on the Owner specified on the Contact Marketing Screen.

Last Contact From / Last Contact To:  Filter the Clients based on the Last Contact Dates specified on the Marketing Screen.

Next Contact From / Next Contact To: Filter the Clients based on the Next Contact Date specified on the Marketing Screen.
