Sentinel Security Key

• From the Administration menu, select Sentinel Key.

Licence System DSN: The ODBC Data Source Name (DSN). Typically, the DSN for The Finance Shop is called TFSMain. This field is to be manually entered.

The following two fields cannot be edited. This information is sourced from the TFS database.

Database: The current database version.

Minimum Software: The minimum TFS software version required to view the TFS database.

The following six fields cannot be edited. This information is contained in the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key.

Connection Status: The connection status between the Sentinel Key and TFS.

• Connected: There is a successful connection between TFS and the Sentinel Key.
• Disconnected: There is a problem with the connection between TFS and the Sentinel Key.

Activation Status: The status of the Sentinel Hardware Licence key.

Licence Server Name: The server where the TFS Licence database is hosted.

Licence DSN: The name of the TFS Licence database.

The following four fields can be edited. The information is a combination of internal server information and information supplied by Insula Software.

Key Code: The decimal number of the Sentinel Hardware Licence key. This information is supplied by Insula Software.

Database Server Name: The server name that hosts the TFS database.

Database DSN: The ODBC name for the TFS database.

SSPro Server Name: The server name that hosts the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key.

Software Series: Current Sentinel Hardware Licence Key software series.

The following field cannot be edited. This information is contained in the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key.

TFS Version: The TFS version that the client is licensed for.

The following field cannot be edited. This information is contained in the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key.

Expiry Date: The licence expiry date of the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key.

The following field cannot be edited. This information is contained in the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key.

Hard Limit: Size of the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key. This information is stored in the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key and cannot be edited.

Sub Licence Limit: Number of The Finance Shop licences. This information is stored in the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key and cannot be edited.

TFS Integration: Number of TFS Integration licences. This information is stored in the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key and cannot be edited.

TFS SmartCampaign: Number of TFS SmartCampaign licences. This information is stored in the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key and cannot be edited.

TFS Web Calc Import: Number of TFS Asset Purchase Calculator licences. This information is stored in the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key and cannot be edited.

Custom XML Import: Number of Custom XML Import licences. This information is stored in the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key and cannot be edited.

TFS Loan Book: Number of TFS LoanBook licences. This information is stored in the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key and cannot be edited.
